Job summary

New York Psychotherapy and Counseling Center (NYPCC) seeks a Business Solutions Analyst, Enterprise Platforms, to own and optimize our EHR and related platforms during a cloud migration and beyond. You will partner across clinical, billing, HR, and operations to configure, administer, and continuously improve systems, supporting person-centered care and regulatory compliance.

3–6 years configuring and administering at least one declarative, low-code SaaS platform in production.
Demonstrated business analysis skills: requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into working system configuration.
Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare administration, business, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

EHR Configuration & Optimization (Primary Focus): Own day-to-day configuration and administration of the new cloud EHR; embed with implementation team during migration; ensure compliant, optimized workflows and reports.
Business Analysis & Solution Design: partner with clinical, billing, quality/compliance, HR and operations; translate needs into system configuration; build and prioritize roadmap.
Release, Change & Configuration Management: enforce change-control, testing, and documentation; safeguard live workflows.
Security, Compliance & Data Integrity: design role-based access; support audits and data-stewardship with MSP.
User Enablement & Support: provide Tier-2 support; train staff; build dashboards; manage vendor deliverables.
