• Coordinate EA portfolio tracking, programs and services planning.
• Establish dashboard schedule and templates; engage staff.
• Standardize documentation, reporting, and deliverable reviews.
• Serve as SME for project management tools and guidance.
• Generate reports on status, progress, and risk for leadership.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and analyses for decisions.
• Support EA reporting dashboards and data-driven transparency.
