Job summary

Spectrum Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects from concept through construction in Salt Lake City, Utah. You will manage project scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring client alignment at every stage.

The ideal candidate has 5-15+ years of experience in managing MEP or mission-critical projects and expertise in mechanical, electrical, and low-voltage systems. This role offers a mix of office and field work, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5–15+ years of experience managing MEP or mission-critical projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and low-voltage building systems.
• Experience managing projects across both design and construction phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through closeout, including planning and construction.
• Oversee project documentation, deliverables, and communication throughout all phases.
• Manage contracts, amendments, and fee proposals.
