Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning and execution of enterprise technical capability programs, including the global SECP. You will coordinate regionally across instructors, participants, HR, and vendors, turning strategy into action with well-defined plans and controls.

The role requires 2–5 years in project management, strong communication, and a global mindset. Hybrid work model with a flexible delivery across regions is offered.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years in project/program management, operations, or learning/program delivery.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and action tracking.
  • Experience with budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, procurement, and cost tracking.
  • Excellent problem-solving and resolution skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills - comfortable with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Superb attention to detail, follow-through, and data accuracy.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Forms, Loop).
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
  • Experience creating standard processes, templates, and documentation.
  • Global mindset and cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to prioritize with limited oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans for global cohorts and modules.
  • Translate program milestones into tasks, deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Monitor execution and identify risks related to scheduling, resources, finances, or delivery.
  • Track risks, issues, decisions, and actions; escalate when necessary.
  • Coordinate multiple cohorts and workstreams across regions and time zones.
  • Create standardized processes, templates, and controls for global scalability.
  • Manage readiness for cohorts/modules including facilities, tech, catering, supplies, travel.
  • Maintain regional readiness and delivery plans.
  • Oversee participant processes from application to completion.
  • Coordinate onboarding, pre-work, communications, and completion requirements.
  • Manage instructor rosters, assignments, and availability.
  • Organize meetings, materials, travel, and development.
  • Maintain budgets, forecasts, expenses, and financial tracking.
  • Develop and deliver program communications; governance meetings.
  • Keep program data accurate in Microsoft 365; manage dashboards.
