Job summary

Bright Labs, part of Ankura, seeks an eDiscovery Director to lead client engagements and manage projects involving identification, collection, processing, review, and production of electronic data for litigation or regulatory investigations.

You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, mentor staff, manage budgets, and develop strategies for complex investigations, leveraging Relativity and forensics workflows.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in MIS, Business Analytics, CS, Law, Engineering, Finance or related field.
• 4 years of prior experience as a consultant overseeing computer forensics and electronic discovery.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to interact with senior management.
• Team player in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and execution of eDiscovery projects and workstreams.
• Coordinate forensic collections and processing with internal teams.
• Advise clients on data reduction, collection strategies, and production planning.
• Develop customized Relativity configurations and provide client training.
• Coordinate budgets, timelines, and reporting for engagements.
• Mentor junior staff and assist with recruiting and performance reviews.
• Support business development with proposals, cost estimates, and client communications.
• Prepare client-ready reports and documentation.
