  • Troubleshoot Relativity issues with kCura and coordinate custom development work as necessary.
  • Coordinate data loads to the review tool with the processing team.
  • Assist with written collateral to support production (motions, orders, proposals) and provide guidance on format, strategy, and timelines.
  • Work with the client to develop a production identification strategy.
  • Manage finances of each engagement: develop, document, and track project budgets; adjust budgets; communicate changes; manage revenue forecasting and invoicing.
  • Review and discuss expectations, anticipated scope, and project timeline with the client and team.
  • Manage project close‑out, data return, and database archival, ensuring clients understand ongoing data‑retention implications.
  • Provide periodic status updates to clients, Managing Directors, and Senior Managing Directors throughout the engagement.
  • Generate consistent, thorough documentation to support processes throughout the project life‑cycle.
  • Mentor, lead, and delegate tasks to junior colleagues, supporting training and professional development.
  • Assist in the recruiting process by screening resumes and interviewing candidates.
  • Supervise personnel including associates, senior associates, client personnel, and clerical support.
