Job summary

Baker Botts is seeking an eDiscovery Analyst to join the Practice Solutions team. The role supports the eDiscovery Team and Matter Teams with project management and technical tasks across Relativity and related platforms.

Responsibilities include data processing, workspace setup, production creation, QC, and governance of onboarding and closing procedures. The role requires clear communication, organization, and the ability to work within deadlines in a hybrid office environment in Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree is required.
• 2+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment preferred.
• Relativity proficiency required; Admin credentials preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Opus2, Everchron, or CaseMap is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of general legal AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project management support to the eDiscovery Team on matters involving eDiscovery, including deadlines and deliverables.
• Process data in Relativity, create workspaces, batch documents, and generate production reports.
• QC and completion of work requests and maintain onboarding/closing protocols.
• Track projects and communicate progress to matter teams; support timekeeping and reporting.
