Job summary

Stinson LLP is seeking an eDiscovery and Practice Support Analyst to provide technical support for processing data requests, including databases, imports/exports, image management, and quality assurance of final productions.

The role focuses on data management, archiving Relativity databases, QA checks, and administering eDiscovery tools, with limited travel and a strong emphasis on accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required in technology or legal studies.
• Minimum of 4 years legal experience with a law firm or litigation support.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office.
• Experience processing data with knowledge of Relativity.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation databases and network drives, including creation, updating, and tracking.
• Import/Export data and troubleshoot load files.
• Use Relativity admin tools to monitor hosting storage and workspace usage.
• Archive Relativity databases.
• Perform quality control checks on finalized productions and QA analysis on new databases.
• Analyze and test new/e updated eDiscovery software and ensure data organization and accessibility; diary client time; support when needed.
