Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Scottsdale, AZ seeks an Ecosystem Support Specialist to bridge users, engineering, and product teams and deliver an premier Assisted Experience. You will advocate for customers and support cross-department updates to keep operations synchronized.

The role covers troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networks, plus mentoring teammates and supporting SLA-driven on-call rotations in a CJIS-compliant environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years' experience in a help desk related environment.
• Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships across Support, Product Management, and Engineering to analyze incidents, investigate escalations, and track outages to locate root causes.
• Author and maintain critical knowledge base entries and share product release notes.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience across voice, email, and live chat; participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
