Motorola Solutions is hiring an Ecosystem Support Specialist to act as a vital link between customers, engineering, and product teams. You will help maintain premier Assisted Experience across voice, email, and live chat, including after-hours on-call rotations.

The role requires handling escalations, creating knowledge base entries, and mentoring teammates to ensure service continuity. Expect to work in a high-security CJIS environment with opportunities to grow in a global, people-first

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
• Knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, and virtualization environments.
• Understanding of DNS, IP addressing, and basic network diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across Support, Product Management, and Engineering to analyze incidents and track outages.
• Document technical resolutions for internal knowledge share and updates.
• Provide exceptional customer experience across voice, email, and live chat, including after-hours support.
