Stripe is seeking an Ecosystem Product Lead to own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for Stripe's third-party app ecosystem, including the Apps Marketplace. Qualificações

• 10+ years in product management or equivalent with ownership of a complex product at scale.
• Experience setting strategy and executing for a platform, marketplace, ecosystem, or multi-sided business.
• Proven success improving acquisition, discovery, conversion, activation, or retention.
• Strong judgment across user-facing products, technical platforms, partner economics, and marketplace trade-offs.
• Experience leading ambiguous initiatives across multiple product, engineering, and business teams.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, developer tooling, and platform products.
• Ability to define metrics and use qualitative and quantitative evidence to prioritize investments.
• Experience working directly with external developers, technology partners, or enterprise users.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for Stripe's third-party app ecosystem and Marketplace.
• Define the highest-value merchant needs and ecosystem gaps; determine build, partner, or enable (third parties).
• Improve the merchant funnel from discovery through installation, activation, usage, and retention.
• Expand distribution beyond the Marketplace by surfacing relevant apps across Stripe product workflows.
• Improve discovery through search, taxonomy, recommendations, personalization, and merchandising.
• Establish marketplace standards for app quality, reliability, security, permissions, and data-use transparency.
• Create incentives, analytics, growth tools, and monetization capabilities for developers.
• Define and monitor ecosystem health, including app coverage and merchant conversion.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Partnerships, Developer Relations, Marketing, Sales, Support, Risk, and Legal.
• Represent Stripe's ecosystem strategy with developers, technology partners, and users.
