Job summary

Swig Life in Richmond, VA, is seeking an Ecommerce Merchandising Coordinator to elevate online sales across SwigLife.com and other platforms. You will maintain Shopify and NetSuite sites, coordinate with internal teams, and drive conversion with brand-consistent content.

The role requires strong ecommerce experience, proficiency in Excel, and a data-driven mindset to optimize product presentation and performance.

Qualifications

• Three-five years of experience in ecommerce related platforms.
• Experience with Shopify required.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills a plus.
• Experience with NetSuite, Amazon, and Brandwise a plus.
• Some experience with HTML, CSS and Liquid a plus.
• Analytical and technical skills, including understanding online customer behavior and translating to requirements.
• Knowledge of current ecommerce buying trends and related technology.
• Bachelor's degree in technology, design, marketing or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage updates and content on all ecommerce websites.
• Ensure pricing, images, product descriptions and cataloging accuracy across platforms.
• Create and format product catalogs in Excel for upload.
• Define product features and lead new product updates.
• Ensure UX, performance, and production testing across devices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to analyze business needs and requirements.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies to optimize practices.
• Use analytics to measure UX, conversion, and provide insights for development.
