Job summary

The Princeton University Store is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to lead digital merchandising, planning, and site execution. You will own homepage plans, product launches, and the online assortment across ecommerce and stores, driving revenue and customer experience.

You will oversee the transition from NetSuite SuiteCommerce to Shopify and directly manage updates, testing, and accuracy of product data, pricing, and links. This is a hybrid on-site role with a strong ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive ecommerce experience in a product-based retail business.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite SuiteCommerce and Shopify (incl. Shopify Plus).
• Strong knowledge of Klaviyo and Google Analytics 4.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and measure digital commerce initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and own the ecommerce operating plan, sales plan, and promotions calendar.
• Define the digital assortment architecture and future storefronts.
• Lead platform transition from NetSuite SuiteCommerce to Shopify with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor metrics and drive improvements in sales, margin, and customer experience.
