Job summary

Rhoback in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a driven Web Merchandiser to own the online experience on Rhoback.com. You will shape how products are presented, sequenced, and discovered, bridging merchandising, creative, and marketing.

The role requires a merchant’s eye and comfort with data: read site analytics, resequence collections, and partner on campaign assets. You’ll grow with Rhoback as our digital business scales while collaborating with leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in merchandising, marketing, business, or related field.
• 2–4 years in web merchandising, digital retail, or ecommerce operations.
• Hands-on Shopify experience; experience with D2C apparel or lifestyle brand is a plus.
• Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics) and SEO fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end digital presentation of Rhoback's product catalog on Rhoback.com.
• Lead site merchandising for seasonal launches, campaigns, and promotions with Marketing/Creative alignment.
• Build and maintain web collection lists, landing pages, and navigation; audit for accuracy.
• Drive product sequencing and sort-order logic using analytics, sell-through data, and inventory.
• Own site search merchandising and curate relevant results for high-traffic terms.
• Pull weekly performance reporting and inform site updates with insights.
