Job summary

Chelsea Peers is seeking a confident eCommerce & Customer Service Assistant to guide customers through their shopping journey and resolve issues. You’ll also support day-to-day eCommerce admin across marketplaces, digital marketing, and online trading.

The role is fast-paced, hybrid, with on-site training in London and ongoing in-office days. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and eager to build a career in eCommerce.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service, retail, or eCommerce experience.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Zendesk, or Gorgias is desirable.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stay accurate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for a friendly customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries via email and live chat, delivering high service standards.
• Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately to ensure a smooth journey.
• Respond to marketplace queries, product Q&A, and reviews per brand guidelines.
• Support marketplace administration and keep product information up to date.
• Assist with eCommerce administration across digital channels and campaigns.
• Support digital marketing activity with updates and coordination.
