Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with children aged 0–8 and their families.
• Knowledge of young child development and milestones.
• Experience collaborating with families and other professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop functional IFSPs with families and team members.
• Work with multi-disciplinary teams to determine needs for supports and services.
• Conduct home visits and coordinate services such as speech and PT.
• Arrange and monitor early intervention services and plan transitions at age three.
