The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services seeks an Early Intervention Service Coordinator (S) to support infants and toddlers in the NC Infant-Toddler Program. You will work with families and a multidisciplinary team to implement IFSPs, coordinate services, and support family strengths through home visits in Onslow County and surrounding six-county catchment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of professional experience with the population served.
• Or bachelor’s degree in human services with three years of professional experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must possess a degree allowing certification as an Infant-Toddler Family Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Develop functional IFSPs with families and team members.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to determine needs for supports and services.
• Conduct home visits.
• Coordinate services such as speech and physical therapy.
• Arrange and monitor other early intervention services.
• Plan for transition to services at age three.
