Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Illinois or eligibility

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized family service plans (IFSPs)
• Deliver play-based therapeutic interventions with fidelity to IL Early Intervention guidelines
• Document services accurately and maintain compliance with state requirements
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality care
