• Bachelor's degree in an OT program accredited by ACOTE.
• Initial NBCOT registration is required.
• OT license must be valid and unrestricted in practice state.
• Early Intervention credential is required or permitted.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services to children birth to 3; assess, plan, implement, document.
• Deliver scheduled therapy and participate in IFSP updates.
• Educate families and caregivers on therapy goals and progress.
