Job summary

Kids on the Move, Inc. seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our Early Intervention program in Utah. You will work with infants and toddlers in natural environments, coaching families and building intervention plans that support development.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess needs, develop IFSP-aligned plans, and document progress while maintaining a flexible hybrid schedule that includes office and community visits.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Utah OTR/L license.
• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Conduct developmental evaluations and determine eligibility for Early Intervention services.
• Develop and implement IFSP-aligned treatment plans.
• Coach parents and caregivers in daily routines such as feeding, fine motor skills, sensory regulation, and sleep.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support family goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
