Job summary

Positive Outcomes Inc. is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists in Illinois to provide assessments and treatments for Early Intervention aged children on a part-time or full-time, independent-contractor basis.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate and flexible scheduling, with backend support handled by the agency. This hybrid, paper-free operation uses in-house software to streamline notes and billing, and includes guaranteed biweekly pay.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice occupational therapy in Illinois.
• EI credentialed; we can help you credential at no extra cost.
• Access to transportation and a valid license.
• Home-based therapy for children aged 0–3 years.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessments and treatments to Early Intervention aged children.
• Handle all backend support tasks and administrative duties.
• Work as a 1099 contract independent provider with flexible hours.
