Job summary

Squire Patton Boggs in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced E-Discovery Project Manager. The role is hybrid, requiring three days in the office and close collaboration with the Director of Litigation Support Services.

You will oversee technology-driven litigation support, data processing, and discovery workflows, coordinating with attorneys, staff, and clients to ensure timely, defensible project delivery.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree (preferably in a computer related field) and/or relevant industry certification(s).
• A minimum of five years' experience in a litigation environment with a thorough knowledge of the litigation process and the application of technology to support litigation efforts.
• Working knowledge of industry standard practices for Electronic Discovery preservation, collection, processing, review (including predictive coding, technology assisted review applications, and emerging AI based tools).
• Must have solid understanding of case search/query syntax creation, document review setup/batching workflows, and data production generation.

Responsibilities

• Directs/guides litigation support and case management projects amongst a number of practice offices.
• Manages and coordinates all technology aspects of individual cases as assigned, liaising between vendors and case teams/clients.
• Participates in project meetings to ascertain requirements, define scope, timing, and budgeting, and prepare status reports and training materials.
• Provides data management services such as processing/loading data into databases, loading images, and creating production sets.
