Job summary

Sheppard Mullin, a global Am Law 50 firm, is seeking a hard-working, proactive eDiscovery Project Manager to oversee multiple matters from our Los Angeles office.

The PM will lead data preservation, collection, processing, review and analytics; coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, clients and vendors; and ensure timely, defensible productions. Proficiency with Relativity, analytics tools and CaseMap is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years’ eDiscovery project management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple matters with strong communication.
• Customer service orientation with attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor aligned with firm culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data preservation and collection activities.
• Manage data processing, culling, and analytics.
• Coordinate document hosting, review, and production.
• Plan and manage eDiscovery budgets and timelines.
• Liaise with attorneys, paralegals, clients and vendors.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Maintain defensible records and governance procedures.
