Qualifications

• Possess advanced operational skills and expertise with legal processes and electronic discovery best practices.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of IT systems architecture and implications for eDiscovery.
• Exhibit expert-level knowledge of forensics collection methodologies and document review technologies.
• A bachelor’s degree.
• Certification in project management or eDiscovery practices, such as PMP or CEDS, preferably.
• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in electronic discovery consulting and project management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with eDiscovery Solutions Attorneys to develop best practices for electronically stored information.
• Ensuring client needs and expectations are communicated and documented into project plans.
• Liaising with clients’ in-house eDiscovery teams to support best practices.
• Developing comprehensive project plans and timelines for eDiscovery projects.
• Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship regarding eDiscovery procedures.
