Job summary

PSG in Downers Grove, IL, is recruiting an eCommerce Support Specialist for hybrid work. You will provide Tier 1 helpdesk support and manage distributor onboarding, order monitoring, and data updates across internal systems.

You will collaborate with the Dover team, use Salesforce for ticket tracking, and help optimize digital channels and ERP integrations to ensure smooth order processing and excellent customer care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor萨 degree in information technology, marketing, or another relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical support, sales operations, help desk environments or eCommerce customer care.
• Experience with online ordering systems/ERP systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for coordinating with teams and external vendors.
• Proven ability to collaborate with various functional departments.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support for login failures, missing account products, and billing/shipping data issues.
• Handle end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of distributors across multiple digital tools.
• Track daily order flows and take corrective action on processing exceptions or system errors.
• Partner with the Dover team via calls and tickets to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Utilize Salesforce to track support tickets and update distributor records.
• Monitor leads generated from PSG7s digital channels and follow up.
• Identify areas for improvement in our digital tools with stakeholders.
