• 5+ years in e-commerce marketing with growth focus.
• Proven success managing paid acquisition (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Experience with web analytics and marketing automation.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Solid SEO knowledge and email/CRM experience.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration in hybrid teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEM, paid social, email, and affiliates.
• Analyze campaign performance and customer data to identify optimization opportunities.
