Placements24 is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead online retail operations in George. This role drives online sales, optimizes the customer journey, and ensures a seamless shopping experience across digital channels.

You will manage the e-commerce platform, oversee product merchandising, and plan digital campaigns to boost revenue and loyalty. This is a hybrid role with office and remote work, offering growth within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or senior role.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify or Magento and analytics tools.
• Track record of driving online sales growth and digital marketing.
• Excellent SEO, SEM, email marketing and social advertising strategies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to guide decisions.
• Comfortable with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce site, ensuring performance and UX.
• Develop strategies to increase online sales, conversions, and AOV.
• Manage product listings, imagery, and pricing for appeal and accuracy.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM and email.
• Analyze traffic, sales data and customer behavior to spot trends.
• Collaborate with marketing, IT and customer service to meet goals.
