Job summary

Standard Supply is seeking a reliable Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our growing operations team. This hybrid role combines on-road deliveries with hands-on warehouse work to keep shipments moving efficiently.

You’ll use a tablet for routes, operate a forklift or push-cart, and perform basic vehicle checks while upholding safety and accuracy in every step. At least 1 year driving experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of verifiable driving experience in a box truck or equivalent within the last three to five years.
• A clean driving record (no major or repeated violations).
• Read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with law enforcement, and document reports.
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, pushing, pulling, and moving throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Drive a box truck safely and responsibly (at least 1 year of experience).
• Deliver orders with professionalism and care—customer signature included.
• Use a tablet for delivery routes.
• Load and unload trucks with precision.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report issues to the branch manager.
• Pull and prepare orders in the warehouse using a forklift or push-cart.
• Use RF Scan Gun technology for daily tasks.
• Follow all warehouse procedures for pickups and product handling.
• Pitch in with other tasks as needed—teamwork is essential.
