Fetch is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Driver Hybrid to join our team. You will process parcels, plan routes, and deliver to local communities, while keeping a safe warehouse environment and assisting drivers.

The role involves assisting with fleet inspections and performing inventory checks, with up to 60% of time on delivery routes. A strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced setting is ideal.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
• Proficient with smartphone apps and scanning devices.
• At least two years of experience operating a motor vehicle.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Smartphone with a paid plan to use delivery apps.
• Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Regularly lift and move parcels during dispatch.
• Lift parcels up to 150lbs using equipment or team lift.
• Delivery routes up to 60% of weekly work schedule.
• Pickup inbound freight from carrier facilities using material handling equipment.
• Crouch, kneel, and stand regularly during shifts.
• Move loads of parcels to and from delivery cargo vans and communities.
• Lift and travel upstairs for delivery when necessary.
• Close, distance, and peripheral vision, along with depth perception, required for safe driving.
• Operate hand-activated pallet jacks and convertible push trucks.
