Minnesota Public Radio is seeking an Individual Giving Manager to lead engagement and revenue growth for Leadership Circle donors giving $1,200–$9,999 annually. As Individual Giving Manager, you will work collaboratively with MPR’s Philanthropic Development, Membership, and Content Partners to drive positive member experiences and grow revenue from Leadership Circle households giving $1200-9,999 annually. Success in the role depends on your ability to engage a portfolio of 600 households. Essential activities include constructively responding to Leadership Circle inquiries, effectively incorporating CRM systems into your daily work, and working in partnership with other departments to conduct renewal, communications, and stewardship activities.

$80,000 - $82,000 per year. The exact salary rate is determined by experience and education related to the role, organizational compensation structure, and internal equity.
