Job summary

Minnesota Diversified Industries, Inc. is seeking a development professional to manage donor portfolios, secure grants, and cultivate corporate partnerships. You will engage individual donors, foundations, and community supporters to advance youth workforce development initiatives.

The role requires experience in fundraising, strong relationship-building, and proficiency with CRM systems to track engagement, outcomes, and revenue. This is a hybrid, full-time position based in Minneapolis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 3–5 years of fundraising, development, nonprofit advancement, grant mgmt, or related field.
• Proven donor relationship management and revenue-generation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow portfolios of individual, corporate, foundation, and community supporters.
• Coordinate donor communications, stewardship plans, and impact reporting.
• Develop donor cultivation strategies to support annual fundraising goals.
• Track donor pipeline activity, giving trends, and retention metrics.
• Oversee grant partnerships and foundation/government funding initiatives.
• Plan and support fundraising events and donor engagement opportunities.
