Job summary

The Anatomy Bequest Program at the University of Minnesota Medical School is hiring a Donation Operations Coordinator to handle administrative, operational, financial, and donor eligibility screening tasks. This on-campus role supports donor intake screening, records, and logistics, serving families, healthcare partners, and external agencies.

Based on campus four days a week with one remote day, the role emphasizes public liaison, procurement, and data management.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 4+ years in higher education, health center, or medical setting.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion (HIPAA).
• Experience with record creation, maintenance, and retention.
• Experience supporting purchasing and invoicing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrative contact for donors, families, and staff.
• Process donor consent forms and maintain program records.
• Coordinate logistics for donor remains, transportation, and interments.
• Manage office operations, meetings, and website content updates.
• Assist with financial reconciliation and supply procurement.
