Job summary

EY is hiring an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement AI memory architectures and data fabric for enterprise use cases. The role covers memory patterns, context systems, RAG, and multi-agent design across replicated AI-native platforms.

The candidate should have 5+ years in software engineering/AI, advanced degrees, and hands-on experience with frontier models, memory architectures, and modern AI toolchains.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Experience with AI native development tools / code assist (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
• Familiarity with Python, Bash and languages like Go, Rust, Java.
• Understand AI Native design process and model tuning through context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI-native designed systems.
• Design of context systems including RAG and Skills with semantic chunking and search.
• Implement and test architectures benchmarking performance against agent and human evaluations.
• Create replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures across multiple systems.
• Drive agent design requirements and implement through AI Native design process.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with architectural experts in AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure.
• Support strategic business development activities for emerging technology.
• Present at academic conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands-on coding and mentoring Knowledge/Data team members.
