Job summary

Falcon IT and Staffing Solutions seeks a Project Manager in Fairfax, VA, delivering hybrid on-site/remote governance for DoW programs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams including systems engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, software development, and operations to plan, execute, and deliver secure cloud-based solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5–9 years of project management or coordination experience, a US citizenship, and the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance, with DoD 8140 IAT II

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5-9 years of project coordination or management experience in IT/defense.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance; DoD 8140 IAT Level II Security+ within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary project manager and customer interface for assigned government programs.
• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery while coordinating cross-functional engineering and cybersecurity teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, implementation plans, project documentation, and status reports.
• Coordinate project activities across systems engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, software development, and operations teams.
• Track project scope, schedules, resources, risks, issues, and action items throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate project meetings, Agile ceremonies, customer meetings, and project status reviews.
• Coordinate system deployments, production releases, maintenance activities, and project deliverables.
• Support project reporting by preparing executive briefings, customer presentations, and status updates.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across project teams.
• Other duties, as assigned.
