Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Network Engineer to design, implement, and secure DoD-aligned network infrastructure for client projects across the United States. You will work with client sites to deploy robust networking and security solutions that meet stringent compliance standards.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in network engineering, CCNA/CCNP and Security+ certifications, and hands-on Cisco/Palo Alto experience. This role requires active clearance and willingness to travel ~60%.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance or higher required.
• Security+ and CCNA/CCNP certifications required.
• 5+ years in network engineering with 3–5 years Cisco & Palo Alto configuration.
• Strong DoD compliance experience and DISA STIGs knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy Cisco switches/routers, Cisco ASA, ISE, Forescout, and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Enforce DoD security standards using DISA STIGs/SRGs, 802.1x, TACACS, and C2C.
• Deliver project scopes on schedule and maintain network docs (Visio SOPs/diagrams).
• Provide client training and technical guidance with fast turnaround times.
