Job summary

Fielmann USA is seeking a recruiter for a hybrid role based in Green Bay, WI, with regular onsite work in Green Bay or Mt Clemens, MI. The recruiter will drive full cycle recruiting and onboarding for Optometrists and Independent Doctors of Optometry, building talent pipelines and coordinating interviews.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in recruiting, strong communication, and the ability to work independently across organizational levels. Travel and campus outreach are part of the position.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years recruiting experience, preferably in corporate or health industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and at all levels of the organization.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of employment law desired.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and online search tools.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop talent pipelines to address current trends and future growth.
• Identify and locate candidates through innovative search methods.
• Contribute to engaging hiring campaigns and outreach material.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates with updated contact information.
• Promote and manage external and campus postings.
• Gather competitive data and recommendations for best-in-class practices.
• Stay current with industry trends.
