Job summary

Fielmann USA is seeking a Doctor Sourcing Specialist to join our hybrid team, based in Green Bay, WI or Mount Clemens, MI. This full-time role focuses on building talent pipelines and engaging optometry candidates through targeted outreach.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in sourcing or recruiting, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently within a matrix organization, supporting university partnerships and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in candidate sourcing, recruiting, or HR.
• Knowledge of employment law is preferred.
• Strong internet search skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal relationships.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in a matrix environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Launch and maintain sourcing campaigns to connect with candidates.
• Develop talent pipelines to address current business needs and growth.
• Identify candidates through innovative search methods.
• Conduct market research on trends, pools, and competitor insights.
• Draft written communication for internal stakeholders and talent.
• Contribute to engaging hiring campaigns and outreach material.
• Build and maintain networks of candidates and manage contact info.
• Collaborate with internal partners to support recruitment efforts.
• Promote and manage external and campus postings.
• Track and analyze sourcing effectiveness.
• Stay current with industry trends.
• Assist with conference and event planning.
• Develop partnerships with optometry schools.
• Contribute to campus strategy including career fairs and interviews.
• Research and develop competitive programs to attract top talent.
