Job summary

Fielmann USA is seeking a Full-Time Doctor Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for Optometrists and Independent Doctors of Optometry. The role includes campus outreach, candidate sourcing, and coordinating credentialing and onboarding processes.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. The recruiter will develop hiring campaigns, manage relationships, and stay current with industry trends to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2-5 years recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate setting or retail health industry
• Previous Applicant Tracking System experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Able to work at all levels of the organization
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Broad based HR exposure desired
• Knowledge of employment law desired
• Solid internet search experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs

Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates and build a talent pipeline for OD roles and doctors
• Campus outreach with optometry schools and career fairs
• Collaborate with professional services to present and negotiate job offers
• Coordinate onboarding processes including credentialing and contracts
• Coordinate referral programs and recruitment marketing efforts
