Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across nine facilities.
• Monitor KPI trends and support CTQ items.
• Lead CAPEX projects as SME and coordinate with controls engineering.
• Train and develop process engineers, technicians, operators.
• Collaborate with R&D on fiberization and hardware improvements.
• Perform regular plant visits and report issues.
