Job summary

Eaton’s Mobility division seeks a Division CI Manager (LV) to lead Lean and Six Sigma strategy deployment, training, and mentoring across sites in a hybrid model (3 onsite/2 remote). Travel 30-50% is required. You will drive CI culture, mentor teams, and align plant CI activities with the division vision.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years in manufacturing with Lean and Six Sigma, plus strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills. Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5-8 years of related operations or engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Minimum 5 years experience with Lean and Six Sigma in a manufacturing setting.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position (no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT/H-1B etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of Lean and Six Sigma strategy and cross-functional activities (RIEs, Kaizens).
• Ensure CI training and mentorship; lead or delegate training as needed.
• Conduct ECIS assessments and prioritize improvement activities with leadership.
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma support across the organization for short- and long-term improvements.
• Use Lean/Six Sigma tools to reduce waste, improve quality, and cash flow.
• Lead training, mentoring, Kaizen events, Six Sigma projects, and tool deployment.
• Mentor functional teams and support succession planning.
• Collaborate with Plant CI Managers to align plant activities with broader CI strategy.
• Apply industrial engineering skills to drive productivity improvements.
