Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Seattle-based Project Analyst to support Distribution Engineering in permitting, ROW, and project coordination. The role acts as a hub for project data, schedules, and cross-department communication, enabling engineers to focus on design and technical review.

The position offers hybrid work with 3 days in office and 2 remote-capable days, involving data tracking, cost analysis, and coordination with internal teams and external agencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 3–6 years in utilities, construction, project coordination or permitting.
• Working knowledge of electric utility operations (not a licensed engineer).
• Experience with permitting and ROW processes preferred.
• Strong organization with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Clear written and verbal communication; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project workloads and track schedules to ensure timely design and issuance.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for customers, contractors, and staff.
• Maintain accurate project files and status records across systems.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, and presentation materials for leadership.
• Assist with budgets, cost estimates, and status reporting.
• Support field inspections and data gathering for design projects.
• Prepare and track permit applications and ROW approvals.
