Job summary

Puget Sound Energy is seeking a Project Manager I for Wireless Collocation in Bothell, WA. You will lead wireless installation projects on utility poles, coordinate with Engineering, Real Estate, Environmental, Permitting, System Planning, and Energy Resources, and manage contractor relationships to meet timelines and quality standards.

You will conduct site visits, draft contracts, monitor progress, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining strong communication across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
• At least two years relevant work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of scheduling, estimating, accounting and finance principles.
• Customer-oriented, collaborative attitude and solid work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates resources and provides oversight to team members.
• Assembles and leads multi-disciplinary project teams and defines project scope.
• Facilitates communication between service providers and internal customers.
• Responds to customer concerns and drives resolutions.
• Provides technical assistance to internal and external customers.
• Applies general rules and guidelines to technical problems.
• Reports on project and program progress.
• Gathers and analyzes facts related to project requirements.
• Manages schedule and budget development, management and forecasting.
• Supports emergency response work as requested.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
