Job summary

Asplundh Engineering Services (AES) is seeking a Distribution Power Engineer to support electric utility distribution projects, including new connections, system extensions, service upgrades, and infrastructure improvements across the United States.

You will develop engineering designs from customer requirements through construction-ready deliverables, collaborate with utility clients, developers, and internal teams, and ensure designs meet NESC and utility standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in electric utility distribution engineering or distribution design.
• Ability to interpret utility drawings, maps, and site plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop overhead and underground distribution designs for diverse projects.
• Prepare construction-ready design packages and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time project delivery.
