Job summary

You will hire drivers, manage training and qualifications, coordinate with carriers and customers, and maintain records and vehicle reports.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; an Associate's degree is preferred.
• 4-6 years in transportation or trucking operations.
• Strong supervisory and organizational skills, especially with drivers.
• Knowledge of FDA, DOT, and cGMP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all cylinder movement into and out of the facility and lead distribution planning.
• Ensure safe, timely, and efficient delivery of dry ice with qualified drivers and equipment.
• Hire drivers to ensure regulatory compliance with FDA, DOT, and other requirements.
• Complete required training and verify employee qualifications.
• Maintain records of service, inspections, and vehicle reports.
• Coordinate with carriers and customers to support sales activities and schedules.
• On-call after hours to support 24/7 distribution network.
