Qualifications

• 4+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Proficiency with NESC Standards, AutoCAD and/or MicroStation, and Bluebeam or Adobe.
• Willingness to perform both office and field work; overnight travel may be required (15–25% travel).
• Strong detail orientation when reviewing engineering designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5–8 engineers to develop design and construction work packages.
• Oversee onboarding and day-to-day assignments of direct reports.
• Act as technical lead, training junior engineers and designers.
• Maintain project scope, schedule, and budget with the Engineering Manager.
• Review client-provided work and communicate progress and issues.
