TriMark USA, LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate delivery routes and driver assignments in a hybrid, full-time role. You will manage schedules, communicate with drivers and customers, and work with internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities include route optimization, dispatch instructions, and record-keeping. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. This position reports to the Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous dispatching or logistics experience preferred.
• Proficiency with routing and dispatch software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and transportation operations.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to pass background check after offer.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate delivery routes for drivers based on distance, traffic, and customer requests.
• Dispatch drivers with schedules and detailed instructions.
• Maintain communication with drivers to provide updates and directions.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and resolve delivery issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain records of dispatch activities and customer interactions.
• Identify and resolve route or delivery issues to minimize disruptions.
