Job summary

Wilson Elser is seeking a Discovery Paralegal to support a broad litigation portfolio on a national team. Under attorneys' supervision, you will assist with investigations, collections, and organizing discovery databases.

The role offers a flexible, hybrid or remote working arrangement and can be located in any state with an office. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of litigation paralegal experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Paralegal Certificate is a plus.
• 1–2+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong analytical and written/oral communication skills.
• Experience with collaboration and work management software is a plus.
• Professionalism, integrity, and discretion with confidential information.
• Experience with ESI and document management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support investigations and collections for litigation discovery requests.
• Obtain and manage client documents including electronic data.
• Coordinate efforts between client personnel, attorneys, and outside vendors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside the Firm.
• Maintain and organize evidentiary data and coordinate productions.
