Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of discovery in complex civil litigation matters.
• Draft and respond to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.
• Review documents and electronically stored information to identify key facts and issues.
• Coordinate with litigation support and e-discovery vendors on production.
• Research discovery issues and draft motions to compel and protective orders.
• Prepare for and participate in discovery conferences, hearings, and depositions.
• Communicate with opposing counsel to resolve discovery disputes.
• Manage discovery deadlines and ensure compliance with court orders.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, clients, experts, and support teams on discovery strategy.
