Qualifications

• J.D. and active California Bar license.
• Discovery experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal oversight.
• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the discovery phase for new civil cases, incl. propounding and responding to discovery.
• Meet all discovery-related deadlines and maintain tracking of documents.
• Perform privilege analyses and apply redactions.
• Review documents for issues during Discovery.
• Communicate with clients and gather necessary documentation.
• Utilize eDiscovery tools to process large volumes of data.
• Provide legal advice via phone consultations and analyze facts.
