Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, human resources, business, or related field preferred.
• Work experience in job development or job center services preferred.
• Experience working with diverse populations and people with disabilities preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, personal automobile insurance, and reliable transportation daily.

Responsibilities

• Assess employment readiness and determine barriers and accommodations needs.
• Maintain regular contact with assigned caseload.
• Meet with consumers at PSG offices, libraries, job centers, community buildings, or via Internet or telephone.
• Provide employability skill-building services, researching and focusing on the latest job search techniques.
• Provide job development and employment retention services for consumers.
• Reach out to employers to present the DVR Programs and consumers available for employment.
• Complete billing and reports as required.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related is preferred.
